Super Full Moon Lunar Eclipse
Wishing you all the magic for tonight and the nights to follow

Tonight at 10:45pm EST we will have a Super Full Moon and Partial Lunar Eclipse, a magical time for manifesting and breaking cycles, releasing that which no longer serves us, letting go, moving forward, starting afresh. The cycles of the moon and the eclipses are so powerful and very important to me. I recognize them as deep reflection states and real opportunities to start new chapters, to begin again, to let go and evolve forward. Wherever we are in life, whatever is happening within us and around us, we can always take a pause and reflect on how starting a new cycle might serve us to be better selves in the next days.

Does this resonate for you? Will you do anything special this evening? A ritual or guided meditation, a pledge to yourself, reflection and journaling time, painting or music, a swim in the dark? Even to go outside and look at the moon, to say a few words to yourself about what you are letting go, of what chapter is finally ending. Or if you can’t get outside, then to write, to talk out loud so you can listen, to close your eyes and imagine a different future where you are freed from anything and everything that is holding you back or making life more difficult than it needs to be.
We have the power to make changes within ourselves whenever we need to, whether it is something that happens all at once, in steps, or gradually with time, and tonight with this powerful energy of the moon and the eclipse, we have a super charged helper to guide us through.
