A Stage Film and Notes from the Olympia
The last show of Horses EU
Good morning/afternoon/evening from Paris. <3 After breakfast and coffee, some goodbyes to those who are headed back home today, I retreated to my room to share this letter with you all.
Last night was the final show of this European leg of the tour, beginning in Dublin on October 6. Tomorrow my mom, Lenny, and I have one more small show in Colmar, and then fly back to NYC on Friday morning.

The Olympia show last night was met with friends from nearby and all over, some unexpected and others great surprises, including Tomás Doncker, who we know from NYC, but who now lives in London. He joined the stage for People Have the Power, which he also recorded himself a few years ago in his own unique vision. You can see the video below.
Here also is a video the TM, Andrew Burns, took of us all playing together last night.
In case you’re interested, we have these two websites going with remainders from the shows/boxes that didn’t arrive on time:
For USA (and able to ship overseas), an online shop will launch on December 2 including a more extensive line of items we’ll have for the November tour, and a full backlog of archive designs from the last 4 years. Tees, sweatshirts, tote bags, posters, stickers, pins, etc. Will be super fun! Stay tuned :)
Apropos of nothing in particular, save for daily survival and navigating through the trials and tribulations of life, I wanted to share a few quotes that have been meaningful to me in the last few days. Yesterday was the new moon, and I felt this subtle shift into a softer dimension of acceptance - for others we cannot change, for life itself as it is. It’s not always an easy space to sink into, but it offers such a deeper and more relaxing experience of peace when we can tap into that rhythm.
“If you are ever tempted to look for outside approval, realize that you have compromised your own integrity. If you need a witness, be your own.” - Epictetus
“Logic will get you from A to B. Imagination will take you everywhere.” - Albert Einstein
“My purpose does not need to be discovered. It is showing itself in everything I do.” - Moon Omens
Revisiting each of these different thoughts over the last couple days, I find they each offer something deeply comforting, freeing. They tap into an inherent wisdom we already have but so often overlook or lose touch with. I love each of them independently and as a trio. What do you think?
Here is a nice article about yesterday’s new moon.
“This New Moon brings fresh energy into our social and romantic lives and invites us to discover new ways of connecting with others.
New Moons always mark new beginnings and ask us to plant seeds and set intentions for the future. In Libra, a New Moon brings renewal and fresh starts into our relationships and invites us to explore new ways of relating, connecting, and collaborating. The focus is on restoring reciprocity, cooperation, and harmony. Throughout the upcoming lunar month, we will have opportunities to learn to honor both our needs and those of others without losing touch with ourselves in the process. This lunation encourages us to cultivate harmony not by avoiding conflict, but by showing up honestly, listening carefully, and making an effort to find the real middle ground.”
So those are a few of my fleeting and whirling thoughts and updates today. Please share yours in the comments! As always, I would love to read them.

Thank you, everybody!!

Been reminiscing about Monday’s concert watching videos that people shared on youtube and discovering videos from last night! So grateful for people who share this. Wish I could have gotten tickets for both concerts. My heart is still in l’Olympia. Enjoy your last days in France, hope you have a good time and merci merci merci!
Ps: writing down these quotes they are amazing
Thank you soooo much! It was so heartwarming to see the video - have a good trip to beautiful Colmar! This part of France is wonderful as well. Looking forward to redeeming the work of fools together! Btw, ordering a Tshirt from the German shop has been easy 😀
